Even though our photographers are employees for the company, we will do our best to accommodate your chapter’s scheduling request. Just contact our scheduling department with three requested dates and we will make every effort to route our photographer to you.
Here are some things to keep in mind:
- If all of your members are not able to make the session, don’t worry. We will schedule a “pick up” photography session for your chapter, at no additional cost for our collegiate clients. (Please note that if it is possible we will be back in the same season that your chapter photographs, but the second session may be in the following season if we are not able to route a photographer to your location before your winter or summer break.)
- Please let us know if something comes up and you are not able to hold your session. We will reschedule your chapter for a new session, and there’s never a charge for this service.
- We will send our photographers to the location of your choice for your session. Just let our scheduling department know what usable location you would like us send our photographer.
